一、产品简介 Brief introduction 

本公司生产450/750V及以下的聚氯乙烯绝缘尼龙电线，是普通聚氯乙烯绝缘电线的换代产品。与普通型聚氯乙烯相比，尼龙护套材料具有以下优点：

1）   优异的机械物理性能，其抗张强度是聚氯乙烯的5.5倍及以上,被誉为“柔软铠装”。

2）   耐热性好，连续使用温度可达120℃，即使在150℃的高温下也无明显的变形现象。

3）   具有优异的耐磨性。

4）   耐油。

由于尼龙护套材料具有上述众多优点，因此其作为新一代建筑用尼龙护套电线而替代原有的全聚氯乙烯电线的原因是显而易见的，突出表现在工程施工方便和使用安全可靠。

The company has developed plastic insulated nylon sheath wire, which is to replace PVC insulated wire with rated voltage up to 450/750V. Compared with general PVC , nylon sheath material owns following superior properties:

1) Superior mechanical characteristic: its tensile strength is 5.5 times more than that of PVC, renowned as flexible armour.

2) Good heat-resistance properties: its long-term using temperature can reach 120℃.There is not obvious deformation for nylon material at 150℃.

3) Excellent abrasion-resistance.

4) Oil-resistance.

It’s obvious that renewal PVC insulated nylon sheath building wire is to completely replace PVC insulated wire because of so many superior advantages. Superior advantages of nylon sheath wire are presented in convenient engineering construction , safety and reliability.
