 高铁轻轨地铁隧道专用电缆WZR-DZY22

一、执行标准standard:
企业标准Enterprise’s standard
二.适用范围Applications:
    该电缆适用于地铁.隧道.车站等相对密闭人员集中.有很高的阻燃要求.且特别要求在燃烧时不生产浓烟,有毒害作用的卤酸气体及严禁燃烧产生“二次灾害”的苛刻环境下使用。尤其适用于隧道沿线及配电柜与地铁之间的敷设。
  Suitable for subway.tunnel,station etc with crowded people wherever requires higher flame-retardant,less amount of smoke and poisonous halogen gas when burning and not cause“the second disaster”.Especially suitable for installation and laid along tunnel line.power cabinet and rai1way.
三、使用特性Properties:
    1.产品型号:WZR-DZY(具体规格参见附表)
  Model:WZR-DZY(detail is see the attached table)
  注:①WZR(A、B)-DZY WZR(A、B)-DZY均与上型号等效。
      ②阻燃级别:WZRA--为A类低烟无卤阻燃
                  WZRB--为B类低烟无卤阻燃
                  WZR---为c类低烟无卤阻燃
  2.额定电压750V,1500V
  Rated voltage:750V.1500V
  3.标称截面O.5-400mm2
  Nominal cross section area:O.5-400mm2
  4.导体长期工作温度70℃,短路过载温度可达到130℃(5s)
  Permissible long-term working temperature is 70℃.Max.working temperature of the conductors in short- circuit is 130℃.(5S)
  5.电缆最小允许弯曲半径不超过电缆直径的15倍。
    Allowed Min.bending radius are not more than 1 5 times 0f cable O.D.
  6.电绝缘性能,物理机械性能优异
    Possessing good electrical insulation performance,physical mechanical properties.
7.电缆阻燃性能达到GB/T18380.3-2001电缆成束燃烧试验A、B、C类(IEC332-3)的要求
Flame-residence comforts to the requirement of GB/T1 8380.3-2001(IEC332-3)
8、低烟特性:满足GB/T17650-1998,GB/T17651—1998的要求 
Low-smoke property comforts to GB/T17650-1 998.GB/T17651—1 9989.
9、无卤特性:(1)导电率≤10  μs/mm
               (2)PH值≥4.3
 Non-halogen property:(1)Conductivity≤10 μs/ram
                       (2)PH≥4.3
10、烟气毒性符合GAl32准安全级的要求。
  Smoke poisonous conform to GAl32.

编制说明Directions:
    1.低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃绝缘地铁隧道专用电缆连续负载电流是依据IEC-287电缆载流量计算标准进行计算的,并通过修正确定。
    Continuous loading current of cable is calculated per IEC-287
    2.此地铁隧道专用电缆的长期工作温度不超过70℃。
    Long-term working temperature is not more than 70℃.
    3.布线方式分为接触与非接触两种,其中非接触指电缆间的相互距离大于二倍的电缆外径.接触即指电缆相互靠在一起或相互间距小于二倍的电缆外径。
  Laid method:contact and non contact.Non contact laid means the distance between the laying cable is more than 2 times of cable O.D.Contact laid means the distance between the laying cable is not more than 2 times of cable O.D.
    4.周围环境温度以40℃作为基准温度。
    Environment temperature is supposed 40℃ as basic temperature
